Mr. Vitzthum has over 30 years of experience in institutional sales, research management, equity capital markets, and investor relations. Throughout his career, he has overseen more than 100 healthcare IPOs and follow-on offerings. Hans joined the firm in 2024 and assumed his current role that year. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director/Partner at LifeSci Partners and as Managing Director at Lazard Capital Markets.
Boris Peaker, PhD

Boris Peaker, PhD, CFA, covers Biotechnology companies within the Healthcare sector. With over two decades of experience as a biotechnology analyst and industry consultant, Dr. Peaker focuses on emerging technologies in oncology, immunology, and genetic medicines.
